(PEACH) Scion base class
A bit of background: I'm planning to run a Birthright campaign using the d20 rules. I'd like to have a "low-magic" campaign, and I was even thinking of using the d20 Modern ruleset.
Then I thought I'm more familiar/comfortable with DnD 3.5, and I decided to just cut all the classes in half, maximum allowed level for each class would be 10.
Most of my campaigns reach high-levels (15+) so I would allow free multi-classing.
I understand that having blood abilities would kind of mess up with effective character level and such, so I was inspired by the Birthright d20 rules on this site, and I thought to create a 10-levels Scion class, that every player can use to acquire Blood Abilities.
Basically, Bloodline Strength will raise with the usual methods (bloodtheft, spending Regency Points, etc), but blood abilities are only accessible with the Scion class.
Well here it is, any comment is appreciated and welcome!

Interesting, very interesting indeed. I wish this had been up a few months back, I may have used it.

Interesting. How would increase your Scion level? How have you written this into the background of your world?
