They seem to be releasing a new Birthright pdf on dndclassics.com every week (as they did with Eberron, my other favorite campaign setting). Next week they will sell Player’s Secrets of Ariya (source: http://wizards.com/dnd/Article.aspx?...4news/20140114)

Given the prices -- $10 for the boxed set and $5 for Cities of the Sun -- they are great purchases even if you already own the hard-copy products. First, you never know when something may happen to your hard copies and, second, you can more easily manipulate the material when you have high quality PDFs.

I have a question for anybody who has got the.
Are they OCRed? By which I mean are the text or are they just images of the pages?

You can copy and paste from text highlighted on the pages, but the tables are "text" rather than proper tables and similarly the images don't appear to able to be copied off as images - it might be different with a professional version of adobe though, I only have reader.

Thanks Andy, it was the copy/paste and searching of text I was concerned with so that is the answer I was hoping for. Images I'm not all that worried about, I can extract those easily enough with a PDF editor or a screenshot.

This week we got Player's Secrets of Halskapa:

    http://www.dndclassics.com/product/1...-%282e%29?it=1

I hope they release other boxed sets and the book of Mage/Priestcraft soon, but at least we are getting a new pdf each week

I am optimistic that these releases will generate more interest in the setting and this site.
