Things for a play by post or email campaign.
What do the community members consider needed for an online campaign?

You mean BR in general? A lot of people have different ideas on what makes a game...what did you have in mind?
Me personally?
1). Ability to stick to rules.
2). Determination and great fortitude.

1. A player / dm group with mutually compatible gaming styles
2. tolerance, respect and maturity between all players
3. commonly understood minimum time spend by all relevant parties
4. a dose of luck

Actually, I was thinking more along the lines of starting a Birthright campaign with a mix of people I play games with sometimes and online community members.
With that in mind, is a webpage considered essential? What about forums (might be the simplest solution for keeping track of character conversations) and other data tracking software?
As a final question, where could I find some of these things online?
