    Chapter 4 Seasons

    Heya,
I just created this thread to correct Table 4 -4 in Chaper 4 BRCS.

Table 4 – 4: Cycle of the year

    Month/Name/Notes:

Day of Rebirth(New Year)/Vernal (Spring) Equinox
    01/Sarimiere/Spring II
    02/Talinier/Spring III
    03/Roelir/Summer I
    Night of Fire(Haelyn's Festival)/Summer Solstice
    04/Haelynir/Summer II
    05/Anarire/Summer III
    06/Deismir/Autumn I
    Veneration of the Sleeping/Autumnal Equinox
    07/Erntenir/Autumn II
    08/Sehnir/Autumn III
    09/Emmanir/Winter I
    Eve of the Dead/Winter Solstice
    10/Keltier/Winter II
    11/Faniele/Winter III
    12/Pasiphiel/Spring I
Day of Rebirth(New Year)/Vernal (Spring) Equinox

    Cheers

An easier way to correct it would just be to remove the whole summer I, winter II thing. It isn't necessary at all, especially as even your corrected table does not fit as it is obvious that in Cerilia the seasons are not linked to the months. Take winter, for example. Assuming a winter exactly 3 months long then it begins sometime around mid Sehnir and ends sometime around mid Faniele.
    Let me claim your Birthright!!

    ...as in our calendar too...

So I think its good to show seasons (even roughly). I used solstices and equinoxes info for seasons (its too similar to our own calendar).
But the main reason for correction was than in new BRCS chapter 4, table 4-4, there was a mistake that said that Vernal equinox was Autumnal equinox which is wrong...
