Automated wiki discussion insertations

One of the features we had with the previous wiki was the discussion tab creating a discussion thread for articles.

I looked into that a while ago but couldnt find a good solution on how to implement it to the new one without rewriting the vaultwiki files.

Last night i woke up in the middle of the night with a solution!! i can write a hook that will create a discussion thread when a wiki article is created.
but since our wiki already has a few pages this is kinda late.
So i duplicated the hook and hooked it to whenever a wiki page is loaded. It cheacks if there might be already a thread with the same name, if not it creates one.

so there will be some spamming to the wiki discussion forum, but this will solve in some time.
