morale stuff
Hi again ...just adding in to those who read my quieries..that i've
run 3 games so far...and after the first 2 stuff up's have gotten the rules
pretty much sorted out. But i have come to a couple of snags. I noticed that
morale can be at 4 levels rebellious , poor , average and high. I also
noticed there is no values for any of these stages...and considering that
all the loyalty adjustments are given in numbers..this was quite confusing (
i adlib'd but i would like to know the proper way). Also in the book there
is no advantage for having light tax's i assumed they meant the adjustment
for no tax's (-1 to loyalty) is really meant to be for light tax's ? is this
right?

Under the loyalty adjustment step of the domain turn is a list of what
taxes affect loyalty. Light taxes causes a shift of loyalty one grade
better (or +1 loyalty).

I don't know about light taxes/no taxes (I don't have the rulebook
with me), but the numbers refer to the level - eg. +1 loyalty would
take a province at Average loyalty up to High. -2 would take that
Average province into rebellion.
