If someone, say an evil cleric, forced a blooded scion to give up his
birthright, performing the investiture at sword point, one could
theoretically divest the bloodline into the rabbit. Not that its still not as
silly as blooded sheep, horses or fish.

If you performed the clone spell upon a blooded scion, would you get
two blooded characters? Granted the insanity issue is a concern, but
not if you plan to harvest their bloodline right away.

Raise Dead, Resurrect, Limited Wish, Wish, and Clone are all restricted
    spells.

There are actually no official restrictions on these spells; just some
    recommendations.
