I'm also running a Tuor campaign, and I'm cleverly avoiding the Alamie
army question for the first five or six adventures by assuming (as I
think it mentions somewhere in the Tuornen SB) that Alamie has suffered
military defeat after military defeat at the hands of Tuornen (under
Braedonnal the elf), and so now are resorting to other, more devious
methods to "reclaim" Tuornen. That is, Alamie is doing lots of spy-type,
kidnapping-and-extortion sorts of things these days, and not
concentrating on military might. In fact, I just ran the Poor Relations
adventure out of Legends of the Hero-Kings, with the advisor as a PC
guilder and the enemy realm as Alamie. Oooh, nobody in the PC party
likes Carilon Alam at all after that! Just wait until they see what
Baubb the Toymaker has in store for them!
