Don't you mean priests? Wizards have WAY too much to do to waste time
(emphasis on WASTE) agitating for the local baron. There's sources to
rule, ley lines to forge, and hundreds of spells to research. I don't know
of any wizard in a BR game that can afford to agitate - besides the priest
gets it as a free action too! (Thieves also have too much to do to waste
time on agitate - trade routes need to be forged, diplomacy agreements
made, and guilds contested and ruled!)
