You forgot to mention that the humidity always remains between 70%
and 95%.

Perhaps it was the time of year that I visited, but San Juan was one
of the muggiest places that I've ever visited.

Speaking of which, what are the relative humidities of the various
areas of Cerilia?

IMHO, I wouldn't want to be caught wearing platemail around the
Binsada-Sphinx-Zikala-Ariya-Aftane-Tarvan Waste area. Or on a ship.
