manslayers domain

Can anyone tell me what the correct source rating the Manslayers domain is?
The BR boxset map says its a 2/9. the blood enemies accessory says its a 2/6.

I'd say it's 2/9, since his domain has High Mountains (RB, p. 81). Since
his domain's inhabited by elves, the Source Rating isn't affected by the
Province Rating.

I believe it is the 2/9 that is correct.
