    [Birthright] Dual class regents

i.e. can a Thief level 5 who is
    > now a Priest level 3 have 5 free actions (of a thiefish nature? (And apply
    > the 5 on his initiative?) or must he forgo the thief free actions?

Only if he also has temples and is a Priest Regent I would say.
BTW what rules do you all use on DualClassing? Regular PHB rules?

There is a world just around the corner of your mind
where reality is an intruder and dreams come true.
You may escape into it at will, you need no secret password,
magic wand or Alladins Lamp, all you need is your own imagination...

    [Birthright] Dual class regents

For my next question, has anyone played or has a player, who is a dual classed?
Are dual classes only applied on adventures? i.e. can a Thief level 5 who is
now a Priest level 3 have 5 free actions (of a thiefish nature? (And apply
the 5 on his initiative?) or must he forgo the thief free actions?

Experience is not (usually) gained for realm/domain actions, so with no
possible penalty can he choose the most advantageous actions? Can he have
Agitate and Espionage free actions? (maybe 5 free actions, but only 3 can be
thiefish?)Is he gaining regency from his guilds or his temples or both (my
    guess is both)

In my campaign, I'm playing a Ranger 7 who dual classed and has just became
Priest (Druid) 8. The way we did it was, up until the time Priest level
was higher than Ranger...I collected Regency, got the Free Action, and
everything else as a Priest. Then once I had exceeded my old level, I got
the benefits from both. I still have 3 actions per round, with 1 free
Agitate. If I had been a thief first, I'd have 3 actions, with 1 free
    Agitate and 1 free Espionage.

BTW, it's a long story about how a Druid is managing to be regent of Roesone. :)
