Unmarked Territory Possibly is?
Perhaps the area is the province described in Tuarhaivel (the elf domain
sourcebook) as being possessed technically by the gorgon but in
actuality is a shadowworld overrun province commanded by the elf
wizard "the Lich". I do not have the domain sourcebook in front of me,
but it described the gorgon attempting to overrun the province and the
lich tapping into the shadowworld to destroy all living things in the
province (at the expense of destroying elves, deer, rabbits, kerpca) ;)

The province Edward is referring to is called Sihdeath (sorry for the
spelling), if I'm not mistaken. So it isn't our misterious missing
province.
The search continues...
BTW, it would really be VERY, VERY NICE to have a visit from those
designers at TSR to answer a batch of those questions. Anyone from TSR
listening, out there?
