    Wizards, Regency and Gold Bars

We are about to start our first Birthright campaign, but I have a query
that I hope someone can answer.=20

Where and exactly how do Wizards who control sources generate their
revenue, ie Gold Bars. Realms spells and forging ley lines all have an
associated cost. But I have been unable to find any mention in the rule
book as to how they get their money (aside from adventuring of course)=85

It does state that sources are not included within the domain maintenance
costs for a ruler. Aside from that, no further mention is made. Perhaps a
wizard can invoice the ruler for his services J

Does anyone have any other ideas?

    Thanks

    Justin

Try the realm spell alchemy. With enough regency points built up a wizard can
create a large amount of money very quickly. Of course some money is needed to
fuel the spell. (Buying to material to be turned into gold)

A wizard can say to the ruler of the provinces he is in. Pay me 2 GB a turn or
something similar and I will cast realm spells for you.
