Death of a Campaign....
Okay it finally happened...my Birthright Campaign died last night...
it was a glorious battle...but guess what?
evil won....
The Duke of Tournen Hanz Baesil after defeating the Anshenwg called the White
Goblin and his hordes of Humanoids and wielder of the Sword of Roele...
succumbed to treason...
died by foul play...
literraly "backastabed"....
the "Traitor" soon asumed the throne by manipulations and schemes in what has
been the most exiting role-play I have ever seen from that player in
particulary.....
now the sad part is that half of my gaming group has decided to play another
"thing" because all their efforts to save the duchy were wasted in a single
night (read: sore losers) and the other half loved the turn -around ending (but
very anti-climatic) and would like to keep playing...
but since mayority rules...my campaign is dead...
at the very least for now...

Death of a Campaign....
Hrmmm - anyone got a resurrection spell? Might have the effect of saving
the game too. Oh well.
If your interested you might want to pose the idea to them of playing the
next generation of characters in the same lands so they can continue the
game, after a fashion.
Later
Tim
