Offhand, the GB and RP income is off. It should be:

    Provinces: 1 GB/level * 9 levels = 9 GB
    Law holdings: 1/3 GB/level * 4 levels = 4/3 GB
    Temple Holdings: 2/3 GB/Level * 10 levels (including the holding 1 in roesone) = 20/3 GB.

    Summing that it comes to: 9 + 4/3 + 20/3 = 17 GB.

As for RP (although dependant on skills), the total should be: 9 RP (provinces) + 4 RP (Law holdings) + 10 RP (Temple holdings including in Caercas, Roesone) for potential of 23 RP.

The Player's secrets of Medoere already describes 1-2 more adventure hooks and provides player secrets for the benefit of the domain and its regent.

I forgot to mention the need to clean up the punctuation in the history section. There are too many ill-placed quotation marks.

Here are my thoughts on assets for Medoere.

    Army:

Page 17 of PSoMedoere lists some forces among the assets list. From that text:

    100 Knights in Alamier
    300 warrior-priests in Alamier
    520 soldiers in Braeme
    150 Knights in Caerwil
    20 Soldiers in Caerwil.

Further, other troop numbers are provided in other sections:

    650 strong militia in Caerwil
    250 Knights in Caerwil
    20 Seasoned Veterans in Alamier

Now, while the number of knights is high, we could alter this somewhat to both better reflect the treasury but also give Medoere a chance to survive against Diemed. I would suggest the following:

    1 Knight unit in Caerwil
    1 Elite Infantry in Alamier
    2 Irregulars in Braeme

Guilder Kalien further provides 3 units of Irregulars in Alamier to both protect fromt he Spiderfell but also to make sure the Ruornites don't muscle in on his operation. However, as a guilder he doesn't want to spend any copper more than he needs to.

Navy: As per seas of Cerilia, Medoere has 4 caravels and most likely a port in Braeme.

Fortifications: The book talks mostly about fortified manors and abbeys rather than full fledged castles although the border with Diemed seems very well fortified. My suggestions are: Castle 2 in Caerwil and a castle 4 in Alamier.

Vassals: Hermedhie is stated as providing regency when necessary.

    Tribute: None.

Payments: With Hermedhie as Court wizard, I can imagine Medoere does give her some gold when it can.

Highways: Tough to say what with how relations currently stand with Diemed. I would suggest the only highway be in Braeme if any, or at the very least no continuous highway travels between Medoere and Diemed.

There's no port in Braeme, but there is one in Alamier. At least according to the old rules, where ports were for level 4+ provinces. I'd not change that part.

That is true, but it is confusing that Braeme (the city, not the province) is marked as a port city.

That's like the coastal provinces of the Chimaeron having port cities. For instance Lyssan has a port city that is known for its many pirates, which means that pirate ships may anchor there. A town in Mhowe is known to be a port city that creates sails and such, which could make it sound like it may have a shipyard. And we're talking level 2 provinces.

Osoerde does not have a coastal province above 3 but they have a very significantly sized fleet.

Osoerde's lower levels of provinces may be because of raids done by the two parts in the conflict.

Are walled towns are considered province fortifications? Medoere's walled towns include
-Caerwil (100 knights and 300 irregulars)
-North Landing (100 knights + 350 irregulars each)
-Medoere Pass (garrison of 20 soldiers)
    -Fort Celestial (300 soldiers)
-Tallow (also has an attached keep held by Lord Tallow, a vassal. He maintains a garrison of 30 soldiers).
-Surrier (has an attached keep; 350 militant priests + 12 celestial marshalls).

    Interesting Sites should include:

The Passage Tree (a tree of pure shadow; portal into the Shadow World and arguably the reason Ruornil told his followers to migrate to Medoere in the first place. RCS perform rituals on the Eve of the Dead to help ward against the encroachment of the Shadow World.. probably with a Shadow Block Realm Spell)

The Dragon Tower - a tower sculpted to appear scaled like a dragon. Usually has no entrance but some days a lone window appears in the upper levels of the structure.

The Lost Tower - a tower that is surrounded by near-impeneterable mists. Some days it is easy to find but others times it is as if the tower isn't there at all.

Silverwood - the last remnants of Anuire's enchanted creatures reside here. Dryads, centaurs, unicorns, and other sylvan creatures live in this small forest.

Hillhaunt - an extensive series of ancient ruins built directly into the hills south of Caerwil. Does not appear to be built by elves or goblins so is quite the mystery.

    Hope that helps
