Birthright.net
I'm not new to the list but I have been gone for a while and when speaking
with Dragon I have learn about Birthright.net and that you are looking for a
permanent server.
Well it just happens that my little cousin will be donating a large part of
his server to his "best" cousin, ME. I was actually going to do something
like what you're planning on that space anyways. With some added features
that I think would be real nice for BR players and DMs.
Anyways I'm going to see what his progress is on setting up his server and
find out how to set up the site.
If its easy (for him) to set up then I will reserve....say.... 100 megs for
the BR site. Is that enough? I suppose for now? Let me know what everyone
thinks.
Either way I'd like to be involved if its a different server.

Birthright.net
hello,
actualy we have a server from a friend of Sindre, i dont know exactly how
much space we have, but i wil ask when Sindre comes back from his holiday.
Since he is the coordinator, and i have to take care of it a little while he
is gone, i dont want to make this decision alone.
I will talk to Sindre and the others about it and we will let you know. In
the mean time i am working very hard on putting all the pages together, and
when Adam Theo has fixed the problem with the DNS server, we can move it to
the server.

Birthright.net
hm... yep, i'm having trouble getting the DNS server to forward from my network
to Niklas' (Sindre's friend who is hosting the domain and pages).
i'm at wit's end trying to find out what is wrong. it shouldnot be too different
than setting it up on my own network, but i can't seem to get it to work.
so, is there anyone else here who has access to an internet DNS server? if so,
would you be able to have it forward the birthright.net domain name to niklas'
server? i have all the info needed, just can't seem to get my own DNS server to
accept it, for some
reason.
