I'm transcribing what I believe is the absolute best set of rules for a
DM to always follow from the Amber diceless RPG. I want feedback, since
I had a DM chew my head off for asking him to follow them, after he had
killed off a number of my characters in quick successsion with no
reason. I just found it nice that there were guidelines for the GM other
than "Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law", as most games
say indirectly.

For those interested in context, the majority of the book was written by
Erick Wujick.
