The judge's ruling that Magic was not a religion, nor a means for
satanism, is good. Otherwise, the ruling is pretty dubious.
Children are not property of the state, to be propaganded according to
official creed, which means the parent should have the right to remove the
child from what is deemed objectionable classes.
& insisting the school is promoting religion by such things as
fashioning images of Ganish is clearly putting principle above common sense.
