Ho ho ho! This is so diabolic its right up my alley! And it has
Anuirean politics written all over it! I like it, big guy! Taking the
standard write up in the supplements and turning the meaning on its head
and giving it an innovative twist. :D

And why should he? Why not have Jaison follow the plan right up to the
last second and, just when William enters to claim the throne, have
Jaison seize him and reveal how evil William really is!!! With
appropriate planning and cover-ups, Jaison could really look like the
'good guy' in the end, after he betrays William for all this plan is
worth! Jaison will have then proven that he can play hardball with the
big boys in Anuire to the other 'Big 5', and gain their respect (even
though they could probably see through the deception rather easily -
they being experienced at the same sort of underhanded ploys). :D

Nice plot. This gives me an idea for my campaign ...

Glad you liked it. Nice to get praise from an experienced Birthrighter!

If the adventure is in an understandable form, I'll put it on a website
somewhere. I hope to put the entire campaign up gradually for those
    interested.

I'm currently working on the power structure of Calrie City (Aerenwe),
whilst an artist friend of mine is drawing the city (A2 size) and
country maps. If this doesn't infringe copyright, I'll make these
available as well. Anybody know where I would stand on copyright?

Hmm. Guess I'll have to think harder and possibly sink to another level
    of deception.

Glad to have been of assistance. That's one of the reasons why I posted
    it.

    Yes please!

As I understand it, the original maps are copyrighted. If you were to draw
your own (magnified versions), then the majority of this work would be
original, and there for not an infringement on the copyright.... I think,
though I am no lawyer, this is similar to reverse engineering is it not??

I think that would depend on how much they differ from the originals.
To avoid a copyright infringement, the copy has to be an 'original
and innovative creation'. In fact, if the copy is too much like the
original, you could argue that it is a reproduction, which would also
    be an infringement.

Anyway, I am not familiar with British copyright legislation, but if
it's anything like the Danish one, the artist has the copyright to
the maps, but there should be no problem with posting them, as long
as you: a) get his permission to do so, and b) make sure that it is
clearly indicated on the drawings that they are his copyright (i.e.
Copyright (c) 1999 by ). I'm not quite sure that the last part
is necessary (it isn't in Denmark), but it can't hurt.
