Some time ago, I started writing a piece of software for Win95 to keep track
of a realm that a regent might be building.

It was for use in a PBEM game and sort of stalled.

I am wondering if anyone is interested in downloading it, having a look and
making any suggestions as to what I might do to make it a really useful
tool.
