I think one would make the money in to a country becasue he buys the
goods else where and sells them in the town there by gaining all the
profits. And makes money out of town (where he has a guild) by
sellings his product to others. It's why people would compete for the
limited trade routes into and out of a province. The only way someone
else (IMO) is to tax the trade route or have a toll.
