    Where did the newsgroup go?

    Hello,
I don't recall who mentioned the existence of the birthright newsgroup,
but I found it and subscribed to it and all that good stuff.
Now, I went back to it today, but instead, I found all the traditional
'birthright' stuff that so often comes up in a web engine search... all
the adopted adults seeking their birth parents and such.

    What happened???
