The patch adds a new button on the report screen. (The screen with the
four advisors on it or whatever they are.) Anyway, you click on "DM Toolkit"
and it lets you manipulate the game for your campaign.

Yeah, but I downloaded the patch darkstar put up, that worked fine. But how
does access the Character and scenario editors? Or do they not come with this
patch? You can send just to me if you want instead of the list.
