    That is true. He used to be the god of Knowledge and Pride in Aduria. Of
    course, I think pride eventually came to dominate.

    That he was once the god of pride and knowledge?

    Pg 121 of the Book of Priestcraft. To quote the exactly line.

    "In ancient Aduria, Azrai was not always the incarnation of terror and
    darkness that he later became; he was once a deity of pride and
    knowledge, but a deity who's hunger for power warped his very nature."
