Yep. Even if there was a Gulf Stream-style current warming up
Talinie's climate, the overall effect would only be milder winters
and a load more rain in summer - the UK is on the same latitude (more
or less) as Newfoundland but has milder winter weather due to the
effect of the Gulf Stream.
And the UK certainly ain't sub-tropical....
