My campaign had one regent, a dwarven fighter-priest with no temple holdings
(Ruarch Rockhammer saw to that). His lieutenants were all unblooded, except
his wife. Hence he access to no realm spells, and the army was tied up
because the Gorgon was active in my campaign, and the Orogs were a perpetual
menace. There were two blooded PC's, one Rjurik priest, and an elven
refugee from the Sielwode (opposed the GS). The total magic items held by
PC's was the herediatry axe, Orogbane, and a shirt of Cold Resistance. The
most powerful magical item I had placed in my campaign to date is a spear,
whose primary power is to conver the blood ability "Battlewise" on its
weilder. The other powers were designed to prevent its theft.
Ruarch Rockhammer once distributed 3 potions of healing to a party on a
particularly dangerous mission.
