    Apprentice! Attend!

There is a difference between getting anal about details and not
providing enough framework with which to hang even an adventure thread
(let alone adventure 'hook') with. And how can someone get away with
describing the CoA in only ONE page?!?

No, there is attention to detail, and then there is attention to detail.
Now, like Ed did with KotGDs and TotHW, now thats good (although about
500 pages too short, but what they heck - we've gotta let Ed sleep at
least ONE hour a week! Sheesh, come people, now, now,
everyone will get a turn at making Ed finish their pet project sooner or
later ...) Of course, since I was first to speak up in his defense on
this thread, I think it only fair that he work on my ideas first!

:P Hehehehe. (Man, am I nasty tonight or what!) hee hee.

    Cheers,
Darren (Oh, btw, I agree with you Keith on principle!)

That is correct. Sorry, Ed, if I confused you there. I thought the
last line would've tipped it off. I really was defending TotHW, guy!
No joke! :P Remember that "Hats off to Mr. Stark" post that I sent to
this list last year - right in time for your meeting discussing the
release of TotHW? That was me! Honest!

    Cheers,

    House!) :D

I'm new to the list. I could help but notice you send you worked for
TSR and help working with Birhtright. I also don't know if you have
told this to the list already but I was wondering. Would you be able
to tell me why TSR cancelled the Birthright setting and if two
products every came out the novel The Falcon and The Wolf, and the
Book of Regency. I live in Canada and haven't seen them and was
wondering if you would be able to help me. Thank you.

    Jeff

    Review: Tribes of the Heartles

I have to agree with Jim Cooper, as opposed to Whalejudge: THW was an
improvement over the previous books, in that the PC and DM info was separated.
Yes, some regions were left practically blank, but so were the Five Peaks and
other awnsheghlien realms. I thought a lot more was done with regents'
relatives that in any other regional book.
As soon as I can concoct a way for my KoGD party to journey over there,
I'll do it. Especially since the paladin of Vani wants a varsk as a bonded
    mount-- why, I dunno.

TSR hasn't really officially cancelled BR nor have they really said that
they're continuing it. Sales on it weren't what TSR expected. Mr.
Stark, in a posting earlier, said that there may be some releases this
year. You're best bet is to keep an eye on this list, the TSR/WofC site
and in your local hobby/book store.

The Falcon and The Wolf novel was never printed. I guess only Ed would
know the status of the novel. The Book of Regency might be one of the
play accessories that may come out this year. Again, stay tooned.
