I like it, great work. One thing though:
The class description mentions healing spells as within the reach of the magician, but the spell list does not include any curative magic.
I didn`t really follow the discussion about cure spells for magicians and bards. Works with and without them, IMO, but the info should be consistent."The empire, long divided, must unite; long united, must divide. Thus it has ever been."

While there are no "cure" spells, as in "your wounds are healed," there are some other less blatant (more subtle) restorative spells, such as Lesser Restoration, Delay Poison, and Remove Paralysis. I focused Magicians on being able to do some restorative sorts of magic, rather than miraculous closing of wounds, though at higher levels they do get some more potent spells like Remove Disease, Remove Blindness/Deafness, and even Neutralize Poison as a 4th level spell. I figure that the magician's version of these spells is less faith-based than clerics, and more based on using the right components, techniques, and ritual to counter the negative condition.

Which I whole-heartedly agree with; and consider how useful the lesser mages really are now!
