Forgotten Realms Conversion

Has anyone done any converting of FR into BR? Particuarly with the maps
and holding levels. I'm playing a charachter in my friend's game and my
charachter is going to become Lord of Shadowdal and my friend isn't very
admistratively inclined so I get to choose my ruleing system.
