    Muster Armies Action

    I am glad to see that I am not the only one who feels that
    BR armies get too large, although imho the root cause is
    that there is too much money in the game after only a few
    DT's.

    I would like to make a suggestion;

    That a unit takes 3 action rounds to become fully available.
    One round to muster (assemble, repair equipment, organize
    into sub-units, physical training, etc. And 2 rounds to recover
    martial skills (minuses to attack & defense) and unit cohesion.

    Perhaps there should be a level of ready reserve that can be
    mustered in a round, ready to fight. Maintainence cost for such
    units would be substantially less but not negligible.

    A while back, I posted some rules used IMC for reserve units. I intended
    them primarily for dwarves and elves, but they could be appropriate for
    militant human realms as well. Darkstar ended up adding them to his
    Birthright Netbook. If interested, you could check them out there. Look
    in the Rule Changes section under the title Reserve Units.

    For anyone not familiar with the Birthright Netbook, you can check it out
    at the following address.
