Excellent insights Ken! Player insight on my games is what I desire most, I
just can't seem to convince them to tell me the truth, they seem to think I'm
afraid of the criticism... oh well.
I had a similar game experience, but I just wound up walking... I've never
heard of a wizard being able to channel enough energy to level a mountain, and
that being allowed to every wizard. It's disorienting to "roll up" an 18th
level character to start a game with... sheesh.
