The White Hand

I'm a little stuck. I'm looking at the realm description for Danigau in
HotGB, and there is this temple--The White Hand. This is all it says about
it--"Out on the eastern spur, however, a secret cult to Kriestal, the Ice
Lady, threatens to infect the spiritual well-being of Danigau."

It doesn't look like there's any more info on this church anywhere else,
and I wanted to know who the regent was, etc. Please help me if you can.

Personally, I have merged the White Hand in Danigau with the White Hand in the Vampire's Realm.
