New Realm Spell - Steal Ley Lin

Good spell, but I have a question..you say the wizard must controll ALL
sources in the province he cast the spell in..I assume that this means the
spell only affect ley lines that happen to cross his/her province. This
would mean the caster might get control of a ley line that he/she doesn't
have sources to make in the terminating and originating provinces. If
this spell is successful, does the wizard automatically gain control of
these sources? Does he/she get a lvl 0 source in each province..if so
wouldn't that mean the line disappears as the BOM states that if the
source lvl drops to 0 the line disappears? Just wondering some of these
before I put it to use against my PCs :)

Yes that is correct. The spell can only be cast on ley lines crossing
the province, and if the wizard controls all the sources in the
    province.

I guess I didn't make it clear what I meant by the spells effect. I will
fix that up for the final version that I put in the Netbook. Anyway here
    is what would occur.

The wizard casts the spell and gains control of the enemy wizards ley
line. It then becomes a new ley line originating from the source used to
cast the spell. In most cases this will mean that he actually has split
the old ley line in two and now controls two originating at his source.
He has to pay the maintenance cost for both of these lines of course.

Example: An enemy wizard has a ley line from the Spiderfell to Ilien. A
powerful wizard in Medoere with a level 3 source in Caerwil cast this
spell to gain control of the ley line. The spell succeeds and the
Medoere wizard now has control of the ley line. It now is effectivily
two new ley lines, both originating at his source. One goes to the
Spiderfell, while the other runs south into Ilien.

So basically the spell combines Sunder Ley Line and Forge Ley Line to
create two new ley lines running the length of the old one in the one
action (effectivly 3 action in 1).

Hope that makes it a little clearer.
