Birthright Campaign Hardcover

Ive been waiting for the new Hardcover Birthright campaign book to be
shipped, but ive noticed it hasnt been listed in the New Releases section of
Dragon Magazine. Additionally, it has been listed as Not Printed in the
records of my local bookstore.

So i am wondering if anyone here could tell me what is happening with it?
Will it still be released, was the release date pushed back, or was it
canceled altogether?

Does anybody have, or know where I can get a complete listing of
Birthright products?
