Okay, I have a 5th level paladin regent who I boldly earned a domain in
on the ISLE of TAMLE.... I have the largest navy in the world, and an
average army.... Now, but how do I conquer lands to bring it under one
flag, MINE, when I am Lawful Good?

It is all in what you call it.

Taking over a domain could be called "a war of expansion to increase
power" or "an attempt to liberate a domain from the evil rulership of
    the old regent."

(Tamle is the island off of Ilien right?) You could invade Medeore to
"show the people the light and cause of Haelyn."

Well you get the idea, just don't go attacking any allied domains or
    other Haelyn Temples.

Very easy, my dear Paladin, look to history-more specifically THE
CRUSADES! First, look for nearby EVIL lands and kingdoms to Conquer! What
better way to rid the world of evil then by destroying any and all evil
kingoms and replacing them with YOUR just and good rule? Actively subvert or
destroy all near by Temple/Guild/Law holdings control by evil regents and
replace them with your own Lawful Good holding levels.
If no evil kingdoms/holdings are nearby, seek to bring lawful-goodness
and justice to oppressed masses of NEUTRAL lands. First through open and
honest negotiations (Join me willingly and sumbmit to codes of justice and
honor, or else!), then if nessecary, through slowly aquiring law and temple
holdings. Only resort to open war if provoked or attacked FIRST. As a
Paladin, you must of course persue a war of conquest following strict rules of
conduct and chivalry. Your goal is always to bring the world into the
enlightened grasp of Law and Good-through HONEST means of course. Sorry, no
Byzantine or Machevellian politics for you.
Think of yourself as the Untied States of the pre-Vieranm era-strivng to
bring about a world order based on Lawful Good principles through honest and
legal means and supporting other Lawful Good allies. Make the legions of evil
shudder ot spit whenever they hear your name!

Maybee go after Ilien (neutral) or Roesone (neutral). These are domains
that will support good or evil and it is your duty to set them in the
    right direction.

If you don't mind sailing a ways you could take over Osoerde and return
it to William. Hopefully he would give you a big reward (I mean you
gave the guy a whole *country*!) or perhpas some land.

You could also take over some of the islands off of Miries since they
    are pirate homes.

The same way as everyone else, by attacking or fool someone to attack you
first. The problem is to get an 100% LG army.

Yeah, gods may be able to see all but they usually don't have time to.
I'd imagine a god has a pretty busy shedule.

    6:00-Grant Spells to priests
7:00-Back Favorite Paladin in Holy War
10:45-Biker and Aruge with other gods
    1:25-Teach Children gods
4:00-Spend "quality time" with god spouse
6:00-Seduce varoius mortals of the opposite sex
    9:00-Have a meal
9:30-Make up the next millenia's To Do list
    12:00-Ponder
