    Sea Elves and Djapar

    Interesting that you brought this up, Mark, as I was going to have sea
    elves as one of the demihuman races in Djapar.

    I had intended to have them as aquatic, but not entirely so. They would be
    more amphibious, controlling wetland provinces (forest, jungle, swamp, and
    maybe glacier) in addition to the occasional underwater province.

    They can create sources in very rich ocean areas, like perhaps coral reefs
    only. This would prevent the sea elf mages from becoming vastly powerful.

    Sea Elves and Djapar

    One of the Djapar things that cropped up - did you all know that according
    to CoS, the Djaparians still worship Basaia? They actually consider
    worship of Avani a heresy.
