    Hi! Rule snaffu

    Hey wuz Up! It's me Janusalec I just bought the Birthright boxed set
    (hmm...and I thought my advanced calculas book was hard) well, anyway, I
    noticed that some countries didn't have the armies, treasury, and things like
    that described, what should I do? Sorry if I sound stubid.

    Bless you! Nasty cold, huh? :D (ok - I'll stop!)

    The BR designers *kindly* left that up to individual DMs to
    decide.

    What I do is find out the average income the domain's regent makes, pay
    any expenses, and then use the extra income to maintain armies with (ie
    give the regent enough armies so that only 3 or 4 GBs are left over to
    play with in domain action rounds). This method seems to work well.
