    okay, i've been reading a lot of the responses to this, but i don't
    really agree to any of them. First - yes, it was granted by Roele.
    Second, the baron of Diemed never wanted it. if anyone has read the novel
    The Spider's Test, it explains that the baron had it, yet never used it.
    my meaning for this - level 0 province, no holdings. it's not that he was
    worried about the spider, he just didn't want to deal with what /might/
    happen.
