    Druids

It says in the player handbook that there can only be only be 9 12th
level druids within one campaign world. Yet there are twice as many as
that within Rjurik. Does this rule not apply to BR? Also I would be
grateful if anybody has anything about druids within the Br setting and
where to get extra information on them.
    See you

The druids in Rjurik are not actually druids, but rather Priests of
Erik. They may be called druids but they are actually specialty priests.
Anyway Birthright is not like other worlds so rules that may apply in
the Forgotten Realms do not apply in Cerilia.

Perhaps the rule should be 9 12th level druids PER CHURCH if you want to
keep the PH rule. After all, in the Rjuric Highlands they follow two
different competing churches of Erik, the Emerald Spire and the Oaken
Grove. There may even be more 12th level druids if you include the
churches of Erik in other lands.
