If there are feel free to contact me as I've been doing some research along
those lines for parts of precolumbian america, mostly the pacific northwest
region.

If anyone does do the Americas, I'd suggest not giving the Natives any
bloodlines at all - neatly paralleling the advantages Europeans had
(horses, gunpowder, smallpox) when the arrived in the Americas. Of
course, BLs could spread across the continent faster than Cerilian
influence, so by the time Cerilians arrive in the 'Wild West' the
natives would have adapted to BLs in the same way that the Plains tribes
of North America had adapted their entire lifestyles to being Horseback
Nomads.
