Boomer E. will go last as things are at this point. However, if
Boomer B. is determined to go last he can hold _his_ action, thereby forcing
Boomer E. to go before he does. Clever huh?

Well, you have sort of two choices..Swami can (option) declare a hold
action, but what that means is that he now can only respond to actions
taken against him. If none are taken, he passes his turn. Same holds
true for Boomer E..in this instance Swami still goes last.
Your other option is that Swami goes first (this is his choice), but
again, Boomer can only do something in reaction to Swami..no
involvement,no action..its still the Swami option, but if he chooses to
hold, that means he willmost likely lose his turn (assuming the other
characters didn't do anything against him) because Boomer can only act as
a reaction..if Swami doesn't do anythign to him, he'll lose his turn..
So...clear as mud now? :)

point is, poorly explained 'cause I tried to be too cute, is these various
holds are, IMO confusing; if Boomer B. holds, can Boomer E. counter-hold
again (since he now has "initiative," B having given it up during the
initiative phase)? IMO, in the new rules revision, there should prolly be
only one type of "Hold" action (either the one from P.40 initiative, or the
Hold action), and it should be better explained (I.E. how you can "loose"
your action and the kinds of things that do/don't count as "reacting" to
events. I.E. is ruling your holding 'cause the other dude didn't
"reacting"?)

The Swami will go last. He has won the initiative, so he has the
option to go last. Boomer E can hold his action, but he'll still
go before the Swami. (BTW, this is in the initiative rules IIRC).

The player who won intitiative retains the advantage. The Swami goes last.

Swami gets to go last, he rolled the advantage on initiative....
Holds (IMC) go from lowest initiative to highest in chronological order.
The lowest goes first all the way to the highest.
