    Tribes of the Heartless Wastes

Tribes finally arrived here yesterday (and there was much rejoicing).
Top notch stuff! The new format is very good - one of the problems
with the Players Secrets books that I found as a GM was that they
gave away all the best plots to the players - not a problem here. The
stuff on Tuar Annwn is particularly nifty - especially as I've been
running Big Nasty Shadow World Stuff on similar lines, plenty of plot
    material there.
    An excellent sourcebook.

    One question:
The temple of Ayairda (Laerme) called 'Remy Martin'? (much raising of
    eyebrows.)

    John.

"Once I was a lamb, playing in a green field. Then
the wolves came. Now I am an eagle and I fly in a
    different universe."
"And now you kill the lambs," whispered Dardalion.
"No, priest. No one pays for lambs."

Well I just bought this today, and I must say I am impressed. In my
opinion the best expansion to date. Great work Ed.
It is amazing how much info is packed into each of the realm
description. It is a bit like having a players secret book for each
    realm.

The only complaint I have is the that the edges of the cover are too
sharp and I cut my finger on one.

I will second this opinion of tribes. I think it was the best organized,
detailed and presented of the reginal books to date. But isn't that how
things go? You get better with practice. at least I hope you keep getting
    better with BR supplements.
One thing though Darkstar. Don't you think that cover was deliberate? They
are worshippers of Kriesha and belink after all...

Might have something to do with ritual scaring then.
Still the blood fitted in quite well with the cover.

    Greetings all,
I agree with Darkstar's earlier post regarding the nice
amount of info. packed into Tribes on each Vos realm. Is
there any possibility the good folks at TSR will be able to
work info. like this into the BR hardback later this year?
Perhaps we could see expanded entries like this for the
Anuirean realms that didn't have Player's Secrets books? I
would especially like to see more mat'l. for the "Big 4"
realms (Avanil, Boeruine, Ghoere, and Mhoried).

Keep up the great work Ed. Products like Haven's, KotG, and
Tribes have been superb. If only we got to look forward to
one of your products each month (OK, maybe every 2 months -
you've probably got to sleep sometime).

    Wishfully thinking
    Craig

Bought it yesterday (in england we are always late....)

it is cool , I like the Raven part.....
Though I have to admit I'ld love to see more action , as an
attack or a creation of a portal from the raven to Cariele
in order to have more plot going on , most of the
supplements are great , but is there one that actually
answers the quetion... How to conquer the five peaks?

    well see you
