    Imperial City supplement?

    One thing I noted was that Anuire has nothing like the levels of
    population found in Brechtur - Muden with it's three level 7 and one
    level 6 provinces (has anyone let their players run Muden yet?) is way
    more densely populated than even Avanil. Presumably the wars have meant
    that there's a lot of land still open for exploitation in Anuire.

    There are definitely several areas of heavy population in Brechtur--Muden
    being probably the most densely populated. On the other hand, there are
    some pretty barren areas in the Overlook and in other places around the
    Bay. Brechtur, though, is probably one of the most cosmopolitan of the
    Cerilian areas.

    And Vosgaard just isn't. ;-)
