How about some of the ecology/social interaction/tribal heirarchy of these
races? Where do the Orogs that harass the dwarves of Baruk-Azhik live?
deeper under the mountains? in a different province? how adept are the
goblins in the woods, _really_? any stats on those woodsy abilities? How
about some more detail on the Old Empires? What are the chances of another
Invasion? What amazing magic or lack thereof is there? What land is it that
The Magian came from? (beyond the Sea of Dragons and all that...) How bad
would Anuirians kick the old Adurian Empires butts, now that they have
    bloodlines and Adurians don't?

How about a nice world map of the world Cerilia is on?

Yes and more realms description and "background" in the basic box.
Something like a "very detailled" Timeline for each major region
(Anuirean Empire, Rjurik Higlands, etc...), could be great. I think this
was a lack of the first edition.

I think that a good ratio in such RpG extension between rules and
background is 40% for rules and 60% background.
