Happy Holidays and undead
First off I would like to wish all the people on the list Happy Holidays!
Now heres my problem.
Im in a BR campaign with some of my friends and the country I play is
Kozlovnyy. Well it was all going pretty well until I decided it was time to
expand, which unfortunately was real early in the game. So I was checking out
the surrounding countries and the Black Spear Tribes looked ripe for the
picking. So I proceeded to declare war and march my armies into battle. And
then with very little trouble took all the provinces that I could lay my hands
on.
Then winter came and suddenly my troops were reporting swarms of stinging
insects, lightning bolts, and other problems that was destroying many of my
units.
Needless to say that the ruler of the BST had returned and was taking his
revenge.
Well this continued for about two years and then the other day my DM hands me
a note saying that reports of an army of undead numbering in the thousands has
been reported in one of the BST provinces.
This is where the problem arises. I now have an army of undead to fight and I
was wondering if anyone out there has any suggestions that could help me. I
know very little about Cerilean(sp?) undead or how to combat them. Any
suggestions would be helpful.
P.S. Retreat is not an option.
P.P.S Well, at least not yet but it may be soon.

I strongly recommend you start rounding up all the clerics and priests you
can get you hands on. have them all learn the "Turn Undead Unit" Battle
spell (BoP)..Otherwise, you are in for serious trouble..I threw 2 units of
undead at the regents in my game and it nearly wiped out their entire
army..

Cerilian undead are much the same as all undead, sort of skeletal or
zombie like. What your problem here is the nasty sourceror el-Sheighul,
who rules the Black Spear Tribes, summoning a large army of undead to
kill you. Here is what I suggest you do.
Talk to the priests in Kozlovnyy. There are two religions in that realm
and both would have priests working for them. Priests cast spells that
can destroy the undead armies that you are facing and I am sure that for
a small amount of gold they will be able to help you. At the very least
they can send along some priests with your armies to help with turning
etc.
The only trouble I see is that the sourceror is a very very very
powerful guy and he isn't going to be happy with you running around in
any of his provinces. Perhaps you should start considering retreat as an
option to save your lives?
