    Blood silver vs. the gods

I recently got to thinking about blood silvers effect on blooded
character's and came to a, maybe wrong, conclution that it would have a BIG
affect on the gods to, maybe even a GOD-KILLER could be made of blood silver.
Scary....Anyway I started to wounder what implications this could have:
    1) Bloodsilver could have been created to "lock up" gods that had gone bad, in
the godly term of bad of course. It could have been a prison for life kind of
    thing.
    2) Maybe one of the gods brought it to Cerillia some who, perhaps Azrai was
going to give it to his true champions. Or another god got it there in the hope
it would aid in the comming battle agains Azrai.
    3) Perhaps gods can't even touch this metal without getting hurt ( something
like Superman vs. kryptonite ) and so bringing it would have been at a greate
cost. Or maybe a god sent a champ to get it, like Azrai sending his greatest
champ the kraken, he made it but the gods punished him by turning him into the
    kraken.
the list goes on and on, but I don't so I'l leave it at that and ask
what you out there think. The posibileties are endless, but some rewriting may
    be nessecary.

Consider this response just my opinion, not any sort of official ruling
(most of my posts are this way, I suppose; I just wanted to emphasize this
    ...)

Being a god means never having to say you're sorry ... or worry about
getting killed by mere mortals. I can't see blood silver, a +5 holy
avenger, or even a holy hand grenade giving any Cerilian god even the least
bit of pause. Oh, you might be able to annoy an avatar but, even if you
could somehow convince a Cerilian god to show up on Cerilia (at the very
least, stretching the rules of their mutual pact), I can't see anyway you
could kill a god. I mean, that's what a god is, right? If you could kill
it, it's just a big monster.
