    Different PC Races

I have just sent to Ian an updated version of my original Lost Tribes article,
which includes some new things, I am also currently working on rules for some
of the other negelcted races of Birthright which are either PC races elsewhere,
or have been given that type of treatment in published BR material. The two that
I am working on now are Gnomes and Dopplegangers. If anyone has any other
ideas on which races should recieve special treatment in Birthright let me know.

I absolutely agree, Cerilia is unquestionably humanocentric and I have no
intrest in changing that. You only have to look at the races of the current
    rulers
of the kingdoms to see that Cerilia is almost ENTIRELY dominated by human
rulers and human kingdoms. Because of this, any nonhuman character is going
to be a some severe disadvantages. However just because humans dominate
Cerilia does not mean that humans are the only races allowable as PC races, or
even as NPC races (although I am completely against the idea of classes or
races that are only available to NPCs).

I can agree about gnomes, but Cerilia should be the world of half races, as
that would be a quite natrual result of all the wars. In my opinion there is
to many humans in Cerilia, the number of none humans should increase, so that
humans no more would be the largest "race" and Goblins should be so numerius
that you would atleast see five of them in each street. And don't let the
humans become some sort haflgods (high leveled) as they are in FR.

Dopplegangers shouldn't be banned as they are more a magical creation than a
    natrual creature.

I laughed hard when I read that. Btw, I just got the Dragon mag. Annual,
and it has an article on converting warcard units to Battlesystem units
that folks might want to take a gander at. I' ve only had a chance to scan
it quickly right now, but it looks pretty good, detailed, etc. Check it
    out.

I use a tribe of Dopplegangers as servants of my Awnsheghlien, the
Beholder, but I don't think they should be open to Players as a PC Race. I
think BR has ample non-Human PC Races as it is, particularly if you allow
Goblins, Gnolls, and/or Orogs. That's MHO.
