    PBEM game possibly starting

I am considering opening an PBEM game that will take place in my campaign
world (the continent of Cerilia is on it). I'd like for people on this list
to join in. I wanted to do this before, but I only had so much time to do
my own campaign stuff with players here, and at the same time, play in
Darkstar's PbEM campaign, do my classwork, balance my finances, and then,
get to my social life (somehow, social life always gets last out of my
time.. hehehe, gotta change that). My target is at least 10 players,
beginning in Anuire, although I hope to include as many other countries as
possible. Some of the countries will probably remain NPC (Ghoere, Boeruine,
Avanil), although no country (short of awnsheghlin lands) will not be
considered for Player Control. My players control the countries of Talinie
and Ariya, so they cannot be allowed. I will also allow certain guilders,
temples, etc. I will attempt (note: attempt) to update the events on my
webpage (I have a dedicated t-1 line, so access isn't a problem), although
there is not much there right now. Like I said, I'd like to get 10 players,
minimum. Short of that amt., I'd really have to think about it.

I also reserve the right to control your country for minor diplomacy things
(like when PCs here enter through adventures). The reason for this is so I
don't have to stop the session to communicate with the email players.
However, I will not make major changes. To that end, I will ask players for
a guide to their general realm strategy (expansionist, warlike, etc.) that
will be kept secret and only used when I don't get actions from you, or when
I need to have you "talk" to PCs. I'd also prefer if you keep regent name
changes to a minimum. It becomes quite tedious when regents drop dead,
disappear, and change their names all in a one month period :)

Get back to me ASAP and thanks for listening (hope there is not too big of a
glut of PBEM games to do this). You can start asking about countries in
    your first email.
