Considering that there are only six or so dragons in all of cerilia I would
say that half dragons wont exist on aebyrnis. IMHO halfdragons sould only
exist in worlds or campaigns where dragons are common.

I have it. Its a pretty cool campaign world, but for some reason TSR never
developed it further.

I just found the article on Half-Dragon PC's on TSR's site, and was wondering
if there was any possibilities of such characters existing on Aebrynnis (the
plane on which Cerillia is the major continent). If so, what would they be
like?

Half-Dragons
Sadly, Cerilian dragons cannot polymorph like their core AD&D cousins.
Without polymorphing dragons, there can't be half-dragons.

Half-Dragons
If the change if complete enough to allow for offspring, then for all
purposes it IS what it changed to, and the child would be a pure form of what
it's parents were at time of conception... So a dragon changed into an elf
that mates with an elf wold produce an elven child... If the dragon's genes
don't change along with the rest of it's polymorph, then it can't produce
offspring with anything but another dragon... Just because you've got the
proper 'equipment' doesn't mean that you can produce offspring, or else
things like dog/cat hybrids would be possible...
